Driven by the sheer location, beautiful uninterrupted ocean views, only separated by a dune and rickety boardwalk. The new owners are more interested in re-using, recycling the old into a new form. This project is the pioneer for earth consciousness as our company moves toward the destruction of architectural construction as we know it.
