When driving down Main Road, Paarl, one becomes accostumed to rhythmic historical buildings that once were residential and have transformed into bussiness zones. The corner of Main and Rose Street was no different, except for the fact that the residence was never changed to host a series of bussinesses, it rather, was a residential building, that blocked off doorways to allow different tenencies. Our client, a well known London based china and porcelain trader, bought the building with the aim at rectifying the ills and reinserting life to the Historical gem. It was not long after we altered the rooms, developed the loft and created external access, that SanLucar Fruit Company bought the investment, as their South African Headoffice. We were then consulted in interior office layouts and formalising their new location.
